All GTU affiliated Bachelor of Engineering and Diploma Engineering colleges are hereby informed that Winter-2015 Theory exams which were scheduled from 30/11/2015 are postponed and will start from 4/12/2015.

A glance at the future

You all  probably at least once, would have window shopped in your life. 

Maybe at an antique decors, or maybe at a cloth store, maybe at a toy shop as a kid.

 Do you remember that heavenly smile that one glance at that thing brought on your face, or how your eyes lit up like brightly shining stars?  

Doesn't matter how old you grow, when you glance at something you always wished to have, though only for a moment, you become that same kid you once were.

Well, today, I window shopped my future, and for some strange reasons it seems to be reserved for me and I keep smiling sheepishly like an idiot thinking of all the possible twists and turns.

They say Love bridges all the gap. Maybe it really does, at least the feeling called love took me to where you my love reside. I just had a glance, a very limited view.

I see myself in your kitchen preparing dinner with your mother and then suddenly no horns blazing, no vehicle stopping, just the tapping of your feet from a distance from our house and I run down with a glass of water to open the door and then to hug you tight, finally relieved to have you back in my arms, by my side. Your mother, that strangely feels mine, hides her happiness, seeing you and me happy. We all eat dinner together, daddy treats me as his princess.

Just that one glance where you my love reside, I see myself waking up in that same place in that same sunlight that lights up your room and wakes you up, that breeze that brushes through your hair and kisses you good morning, the place where you think of me now, the place where you fall and stand right back on your feet, the place where you laugh and cry.

And at last, the place where every wall, every floor, every ceiling, every corner tells me the story of your life that I want to read more than any best selling novel, more than any book by Nicholas Sparks. I want to read you. And yes I see me in this place in future doing it all, I see this future coming true.

Topic for debate/elocution will be displayed on website soon.
Participant has to prepare one topic for 4-5 minutes.
